- ask at the Front desk for past copies of the (Could be a source
for pictures for your brochure).
*A Newstext search can also be arranged (the teacher
librarian searches the password protected databases of the Advertiser
and Australian with you - sorry text only, no pictures)
Current Environmental issues (kept
in boxes on top of Vertical File cabinets)- a weekly newspaper clipping
service on environmental issues.
Guidelines(also on top of the Vertical
File cabinets) - an index to periodical (magazine) articles.
Use your key words to search the subject headings in this print index.
Make a note of the citation (author, article title, magazine title,
date)
*If the article appears in Time, Bulletin or New Internationalist,
then we can locate the issue and article for you. Otherwise try your
local public library or the State Library.
*The State Library also offers an excellent and free online searchable
index that produces full text articles.
