• Centenary of Federation - The National Council for the Centenary of Federation was established to coordinate activities to mark the Centenary of Federation in 2001. The purpose of the site of the Centenary of Federation is to involve Australians in celebration of the centenary and help them learn more about the history of the Federation and its significance in the past and future of the country. • 1901 Centre - "The 1901 Centre, at the University of Technology Sydney, has been set up to improve and stimulate public knowledge of Federation history in time for the Centenary celebrations.
