2016 SACE Results

Congratulations to our Year 12 Graduates on their outstanding 2016 SACE results.

The Adelaide High School community are extremely proud of the results achieved by the Class of 2016.
Adelaide High School students achieved 20 merits and 32 A+ grades.

A Band = 356 which is 23.89% of all grades for 2016
B Band = 619 which is 44.68% of all grades for 2016
C Band = 330 which is 28.1% of all grades for 2016
68.57% of all grades for 2016 are in the A and B Bands.

As a Special Interest Languages School, grades for Year 12 Languages are pleasing and reflect quality student achievement and teaching.

A total of 356 A grades were awarded 
SACE completion for 2016 was 97.4% and is above the state average of 96.3%
Many of these students also achieved A grades in 2014 and 2015.

University Entrance
The statistics for university entrance are equally impressive. 212 students generated an Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank [ATAR] in 2016, with 53 students generating an ATAR of above 90 which constitutes 22.6% of the cohort. 
93 students generated an ATAR of 80 or above or 39.6% of the cohort. 
127 students generated an ATAR of 70 or above or 54.04% of the cohort. 
The mean ATAR was 74.04.
