2015 SACE Results

Congratulations to our Year 12 Graduates on their outstanding 2015 SACE results.

The Adelaide High School community are extremely proud of the results achieved by the Class of 2015.

Adelaide High School students achieved 22 merits and 44 A+ grades.

    • 19 students received perfect scores
    • 22 merits were awarded overall

    • A Band = 369 which is 28.45% of all grades for 2015
    • 43 A+ grades
      B Band = 602 which is 46.41% of all grades for 2015
    • C Band = 292 which is 22.51% of all grades for 2015
    • 74.86% of all grades for 2015 are in the A and B Bands.

    A+ grades in SACE  results:

    • 3 A+ grades in Chemistry including 2 Merits
    • 5 A+ grades in English Communications. Including 5 Merits
    • 8 A+ grades in Mathematics Studies including 2 Merits
    • 5 A+ grades in Specialist Mathematics
    • 4A+ grades in Physics including 3 Merits
    • 1 A+ grades in Child Studies, which was a Merit
    • 2A+ grades in English as  a Second Language Studies, both of which were Merits
    • 1 A+ grade in German which was a Merit

    • 2 A+ grades in Italian Continuers one of which was a Merit

    • SACE completion for 2015 was 96.73% and is above the state average of 96.01%

    University Entrance
    The statistics for university entrance are equally impressive. 227 students generated an Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank [ATAR] in 2015, with 57 students generating an ATAR of above 90 which constitutes 25.11% of the cohort.
    107 students generated an ATAR of 80 or above or 47.14% of the cohort.
    149 students generated an ATAR of 70 or above or 65.64% of the cohort.
    The mean ATAR was 74.62.

    As of January 20 2016, 172 / 186 (92.47%) of students received a first round offer from SATAC.

    Of those receiving a round 1 offer, 104 or 60.47% received their first choice offer.
